Did You Know That Bob St. Clair :

    Was born at home in San Francisco on Capp Street ( no doctor ).
     That he weighted over 13 lbs. at birth. That was how high the scale went !!! 
     He was the tallest man to play in the NFL while he was playing.
     On a kickoff return by Abe Woodson  that went for a 106 yards touchdown, that there were 11 blocks that made it possible. Out of those 11 blocks-bob did 6 of them.
     Could run the 100 yard dash in under 11 seconds.
     Played tight end, tackle and on  all special teams.
     Played 17 seasons at Kezar Stadium.
     Had 6 children ( 4 girls-2 boys ).
      Was president Kennedy's Physical Fitness Badge Representative.
      Was a model in magazines.
      Did a Hollywood screen test for the lead role as "Tarzan".
       Played a football coach in the movie " Any Given Sunday" ( begining part ).

        He used to rip S.F. Telephone Books  in Half. 18 in a row for fun.
        He lifted the rear end on a Cadillac off the ground to free a child who had been run over and was pinned.
       President Ronald Reagan personally
invited him to the White House.
       Two of his USF college football teamates were also inducted into the Pro football Hall of Fame.Plus Pete Rozsell was part of Team Organization
       Nine of his fellow USF team-mates made it into the NFL.
        Won the Len Eshmont Award.
         Played in 9 Pro Bowl Games.
         Was picked by John Madden to be the Starter on his 100 year team.
        Was an avid hunter/fisherman.
         Knocked out Wilt Chamberlein in an exhibition basketball game at the Cow Palace. 49'ers vs Harlem Clowns- now called the Harlem Globetrotters.
        Was the Captain of the 49'ers.
        Truly loves "RAW" liver
